On 30 March 2023, 45 #OSCE participating States, following consultation with #Ukraine, invoked the OSCE’s #MoscowMechanism on the issue of “forcible transfer of #children within parts of Ukraine’s territory temporarily controlled or occupied by #Russia and/or their deportation to the Russian Federation”. NAILs Cecilie Hellestveit was selected by Ukraine and the invoking states as one of the experts to work on this report, together with Prof Veronika Bílková and Dr Elina Steinerte. The group of experts delivered the report to the OSCE Permanent Council in Vienna Thursday 4 May 2023. #Ukrainechildren
