At the annual (but digital) Leangkollen Security Conference 2021 organised by The Norwegian Atlantic Committee, Cecilie Hellestveit hosted day 2 on the subject of “Building Resilience to Foreign Influence “. Francis Fukuyama and Thomas Rid gave key note speeches, and Hellestveit interviewed the Norwegian Foreign Minister. The session ended with a panel-discussion between the Foreign Minister and representatives from the press, academic and defence establishments.
